Question by Teslaman: Pain relief?
There are ways to rid the body of pain besides medicine. For example, nausea can be reduced by pressing on ones wrist and headaches can be stopped using self hypnosis/meditation. What other ways are there to relieve unwanted pain.

Depending on the type of situation causing the pain heat or ice can sometimes be helpful to relieving pain as well. Massage therapy can also sometimes be helpful like sometimes can occur with treating the pain of fibromyalgia (example only).

Accupuncture can sometimes be a good way to ease pain too. I tried it about 10 years ago for my arthritis and found the results to be amazing.

Mind over matter? Do you have one of the ‘Chronic Health Conditions?’ Or perhaps you are wondering about a Headache? Much depends on why you are in pain? The wrist point is excellent for ‘sea sickness’ nausea but have not heard about it for headaches, let alone migraines. Hypnosis and meditation will work on some people, others it will not help. Just like some drugs work on some people and others they do not. You need to post some symptoms and then ask about pain relief. Good Luck
